Destination Gettysburg recognizes the important role that you, the front-line employees, play in ensuring that our visitors have a memorable experience while staying with us.

You take good care of our visitors and for that, we thank you!

In that spirit, Destination Gettysburg has created the "Hospitality Hero" program just for you, the hard workers that work face-to-face with those who travel to Adams County, Pa.

We welcome front desk staff, housekeeping, maintenance workers, bartenders, wait staff, kitchen staff, docents, retail sales clerks, transportation providers and all other front-line employees throughout our tourism community to become a Hospitality Hero.

In the coming months, we will host several Hospitality Hero outings as well as a monthly newsletter with customer service tips, events that will be in the area and monthly business features. Our goal with the Hospitality Hero program is to provide valuable information to those working directly with our visitors.

We want to hear from you. Please take a minute to fill out the quick form below and be part of this amazing group of hard working employees in the tourism industry of Adams County.
