Destination Gettysburg hosted 11 tour companies for 3 days and 2 nights to highlight the destination, as well as the ability to hub-and-spoke from Gettysburg to Lancaster and Hershey. The hub-and-spoke method is a way for groups to see multiple destinations in one trip while still spending more time in our destination.
Highlights of the itinerary included focusing on interactive ways to experience history, the countryside of Adams County and our emerging craft beverage scene. Operators also had a chance to interact with 13 local businesses during a Member Expo at the Round Barn Farm Market to learn more about what the destination has to offer.
Leads from the 2017 Operator FAM Tour will become live on the Member Portal by Friday, August 4th. The leads will include each operator's contact information and planner history. If you have any questions on how to access these leads or how to follow up on your own, please contact Nicole Absher.
